 1-Year Warranty Coverage All Dream Lux beds and mattresses come with a 1-Year Warranty covering:
 Faulty materials Manufacturing defects Workmanship issuesIf something goes wrong within this period, we’ll repair or replace your product free of charge.
🛑 What’s Not Covered
Your warranty may be void if:
- The item is stained or soiled
- It’s damaged after delivery
- It’s been jumped on or misused
- It’s used commercially
- The mattress is folded or bent, damaging internal springs
- It’s used with an unsuitable base
- It was bought as a clearance item
🧵 Repairs & Replacements
- We’ll do our best to match colours and fabrics on repairs.
- If we can’t repair/replace with the same item, we’ll offer a similar alternative.
- If your choice is more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference.
