Dream Lux Beds (Trading as DLB BEDS UK)

This website is owned and managed by DREAM LUX BEDS, operating under the trading name DLB BEDS UK (referred to herein as “we” or “us”). As a visitor and user of this site (referred to as “you” or “the customer”), you agree that all interactions, including transactions, are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By placing an order through dreamluxbeds.uk, you are granting us permission to contact you via email with promotional offers and special deals.
All agreements between you and us are governed exclusively by these terms, overriding any other conditions or terms presented elsewhere.
These conditions apply to your use of the website dreamluxbeds.uk, and any site-specific clauses mentioned later in this document form a part of the overall agreement.

General Use

Information presented on this site—including usage policies—may be updated without notice. Your continued use after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. Where significant updates affect your rights, we will request your explicit acceptance.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation via email. This marks the formal agreement between you and dreamluxbeds.uk for the goods you’ve ordered, governed by the terms herein.
However, in rare cases where products are unavailable after confirmation (due to unexpected stock issues), we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable items. If your card has not been charged yet, we will not process the payment for those items.
Please note that while we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and other details, occasional errors may occur. If an error significantly impacts your order, we’ll notify you and offer the option to cancel the affected portion or the entire order, with a full refund where applicable.
All product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of pricing or availability issues—even after an order is placed.

Intellectual Property Rights

All design elements, textual content, imagery, and site structure are either the property of dreamluxbeds.uk or used under license from respective owners. You are granted limited permission to download or print sections of the site for personal reference or purchasing purposes only.
Any other use—such as copying, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation—without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Deposits

Deposits made toward an order are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or return the product. Deposits will only be refunded in full if the cancellation arises due to our inability to supply the product or a mistake on our part.

Promotional Codes

Each promotional or discount code is limited to one use per customer per order. Orders attempting to combine multiple codes will be cancelled and refunded. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at our sole discretion at any time.

Order Amendments

Changes requested after order placement may incur additional charges, which will be applied accordingly.

Delivery Terms

Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. While we will attempt to fulfill specific delivery requests, we cannot guarantee any delivery dates or timeframes.
Any delivery instructions or constraints should be included in your order notes or communicated to us immediately after placing your order.
We are not liable for property damage or additional expenses caused during delivery. Our delivery drivers are instructed to bring items only to your doorstep unless the assembly option has been selected.
Ensure that stairways and entrances are properly measured. If an item cannot fit through access points, returns will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from delivery delays, including adverse weather or missed delivery attempts.
If you miss a delivery and do not notify us within 1 hour of dispatch confirmation, a £80 redelivery fee will apply.

Assembly Service

Our fitting service includes transporting the bed to a room of your choice and assembling it. It does not include dismantling existing furniture or disposal of packaging or old beds.
As with delivery, please ensure access is sufficient—returns are not accepted for access issues.

Cancellations and Returns

Inspect all items upon delivery before signing. Look for signs of damage like torn packaging or dents. Notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Custom-made items—including Tailor-made bed frames, headboards, or rail sizes—are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unused  
  • In original packaging with tags
  • In a resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Including any free gifts received
Used or assembled items cannot be returned. Products must be returned at your own expense within the 14-day window.
If you cancel before dispatch, a £80 administrative charge applies. If a return is initiated due to ordering the wrong size and the item is not defective, a £180 return processing fee applies.
If unsure about fabric or colour, we encourage you to order free fabric samples prior to making a purchase. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the product colour or material after delivery.
Missed delivery due to access issues will incur a £80 redelivery fee per pallet.
All returns must be sent in original, undamaged packaging. Do not write on or tape the product boxes. Customers are responsible for return shipping and should obtain proof of postage. We accept no responsibility for items lost during return transit.
