We’re committed to making your lux experience seamless and satisfying. If you need to return an item, request a refund, or change your mind, here’s everything you need to know.

📦 RETURNS: IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition.
  • Products with damage (e.g. torn fabric, stains, structural damage) may incur a deduction of up to 75% from your refund.
  • If you arranged assembly service, please keep original packaging or provide your own for returns.
  • You must provide photos of the packaged item before collection is arranged.

⚠️ DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

We aim for perfection, but if your item arrives damaged:
  • Inspect before signing: Please confirm the item is undamaged when you receive it.
  • If you spot damage after unboxing, notify us within 48 hours via email, phone, or support page.
  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

🔄 CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You can still return your item, with the following conditions:
  • £80 collection fee applies.
  • Exchange requests (e.g. different size or color) will also incur a £80 charge for collection & re-delivery.

🚪 DELIVERIES THAT DON’T FIT

Before ordering, double-check your:
  • Doorways
  • Staircases
  • Hallways
  • Tight corners
If our team cannot complete the delivery due to access issues, a £80 return fee will apply.

🌐 CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom items (e.g. non-standard bed or headboard sizes) are non-refundable . Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

💸 REFUNDS: TIMING & PROCESS

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Payment is returned via the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🚚 COLLECTION SERVICE

  • We can collect your items for return (via courier). A £80 fee applies.
  • Collection timeframe: 5–10 working days.
  • We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & DELIVERY CHANGES

Before Delivery is Scheduled:
  • Cancel any time before a delivery date is set. Full refund provided.
After Delivery is Confirmed:
  • Cancellation after confirmation (SMS/email) incurs a £80 cancellation fee.
Missed Delivery:
  • If you miss your slot, a £80 redelivery fee applies.
Changing Your Delivery Date:
  • You have 24 hours from delivery confirmation to reschedule free of charge.
  • Changes made after 24 hours = £80 redelivery fee.
